* Oxyntic cell مهمة

1. تنتج HCL و Intrinsic factors عشان Vitamin b12 absorption.

2. مثلا إذا حصل autoimmune disease يأثر على Intrinsic factors فيصير نقص B12 فتظهر أعراض Pernicious anemia. فأحيانا كشف ب10 ريال يكفي يحل المشكلة.

3. وموقعها في funds و body of stomach

* All Secretions ( Gastrin و Cholecystokinin)

1. وظيفته وفين تفرز وكيف تتفاعل

2. مثل pepsinogen (from Chief cells)  مع HCL يصير Pepsin.

* OSCE بالنسبة لل

1. صور المحاضرة ودائماً نركز على جزء الى فوق من العينة لأنوا بختلف بينهم

2. أول ما أشوف goblet cell هذي intestate.

3. اتذكر VGC (Vilia, Goblet cell, Crypts) في intestate
